No measurable curvature at high altitude: commercial pilot observations

Commercial pilots flying at 35,000-40,000 feet consistently report that the horizon appears flat and rises to eye level. On a globe with a circumference of 25,000 miles, there should be noticeable curvature at this altitude.

My uncle is a pilot and confirms this. He's never seen curvature in 30 years of flying.

The "you can't see curvature at that altitude" argument keeps changing. First it was visible from a plane, now suddenly it's not.
